RICHMOND, Virginia – June 29, 2012 – After more than 20 years in business, a huge Going Out of Business Sale has now begun in 20 RoomStore, Inc. locations.  A U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved an order authorizing joint venture partners Planned Furniture Promotions, Inc, Hilco Merchant Resources, LLC, SB Capital Group, LLC, and Tiger Capital Group, LLC, to conduct the total liquidation of merchandise and store fixtures in each location.
