When clients evaluate high-impact sale companies, there is a lot to consider.  One critical consideration is;  What will be left at the end?  Does the promoter “Guarantee” a broom-clean store?

In most of our programs, Planned Furniture Promotions has the ability to offer our clients a 100% “Broom Clean Facility.”  This means that every single piece will be sold or removed as required by the real estate lease, thus giving our client peace of mind and a clean slate.   In many states, the sales are limited to a certain window of opportunity to conduct an event.  When that window closes, no remaining goods can be sold.  We frequently hear about sales run by dealers or other companies that don’t sell all of the dealers original inventory, leaving the dealer in a very difficult situation, with few choices, and subject to significant losses on their original inventory.
