Arnold has been with PFP for 13 years. Prior to that, he served on a board for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and was the Chairman of the New Haven Cancer Drive and was a Democratic Majority leader in New Haven, CT. Arnold is married to Judy, and together they have three children, Janice, Chris and Arnee. When not working, Arnold enjoys hunting, fine wine and good friends.
